  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Floor guy rearranged 12 appointments yes 12!! The floor has been left in a terrible state, with gaps on the sides, lifting boards, really badly filled edges. It looks absolutely terrible. I have complained to the CEO Andy. He came out and was completely defensive about the disgusting level of work. He has since ignored all ov my emails directly sent to him. The reason for visit - I sent him 20 pictures - thats 20 areas of the floor which look terrible, but has done absolutely nothing. His visit was nearly two months ago now. I will be adding these terrible pictures to their facebook page for a review there.I have been treated like a second class citizen. I am a housing association tenant. The company should have ensured that they put the work right in collaboration with the housing association but have done nothing to ensure this happens.
